Job Description
The Team Leader Retail Sales will be responsible for driving business growth across the retail distribution ecosystem in Delhi. The role will lead a team of Sales Relationship Managers and drive acquisition, engagement, and productivity of Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs), Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs), Wealth Managers, and other retail channel partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth across retail channels through effective execution of sales strategies and business plans.
- Build, nurture, and strengthen long-term relationships with key MFDs, IFAs, Wealth Managers, and distribution partners.
- Drive acquisition of new distribution relationships while deepening engagement with existing partners.
- Monitor sales performance, business pipelines, and channel productivity to ensure achievement of business targets.
- Track market developments, competitor strategies, and investor trends to identify opportunities and drive market share
- gains.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of Mutual Funds, Capital Markets, and Retail Distribution ecosystems.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and developing sales teams.
- Strong distributor relationship management and stakeholder influencing skills.
Experience: 12+ years of experience in Mutual Funds, Asset Management or Wealth Management
Qualification: Graduate / Post-Graduate in any discipline.
